The methods of quality inspection can be classified according to different marks.

(1) Incoming inspection
Incoming inspection refers to the inspection of raw materials, purchased accessories and outsourced parts purchased by the enterprise when they enter the factory. In order to ensure the quality of purchased materials, special inspector shall be equipped for the acceptance inspection when entering the factory to conduct strict and careful inspection according to the specified inspection contents, inspection methods and inspection quantity. All raw materials, purchased parts and outsourced parts must have a certificate of conformity or other legal certificates when entering the factory, otherwise they will not be accepted.
(2) Process inspection
Process inspection refers to the inspection of the products processed in each process and the main process elements affecting product quality in order to prevent unqualified products from flowing into the next process. Its function is to judge the product according to the test results, that is, whether the product quality meets the requirements of specifications and standards; Determine the process according to the test results, that is, whether the process elements are in a normal and stable state, so as to determine whether the process can continue production. Process inspection usually has three forms: first article inspection, patrol inspection and final article inspection
(3) Completion inspection
Completion inspection, also known as final inspection, refers to the inspection of semi-finished products or finished products produced by a processing or assembly workshop after all processes are completed.
Quality inspectors can be divided into IQC (Income quality control), IPQC (Inspection Process quality control) and OQC / FQC (Outgoing/Final quality control).
Income quality control
IQC is the quality manager of enterprise incoming materials. To purchase materials that meet the quality requirements of the company, the purchasing department must first select qualified suppliers with quality assurance ability. Then, recognize their products, approve their production process, and submit the purchased materials to IQC for inspection and control.
Inspection Process quality control
IPQC (Inspection Process quality control) means process quality control, which is referred to as process control for short. But maybe some technicians, including some professional developers, are not very clear about this. The reason why we talk about IQC here is not IPQC , FQC, etc,. Because we believe that in a materialistic society, all kinds of fake goods and inferior products are constantly eroding us. In the face of these inferior products, a small mistake may cause us huge property losses or ruin our future. Therefore, the quality control of incoming materials is urgent for each factory. Outgoing/Final quality control
OQC, as a division of quality control, performs the responsibility of shipping quality assurance, and the department most closely related to OQC is the material department. Traditionally, the work of OQC also includes dock check.
