Quality check is an activity to observe, measure and test one or more quality characteristics of products, and compare the results with the specified quality requirements to judge whether each quality characteristic is qualified or not. Quality check is divided into three parts: incoming inspection, process inspection and final inspection, which is referred to as the quality check trilogy. Today, I will introduce in detail what is going on in the quality check trilogy.
The following is a list of contents
Incoming inspection
Process inspection
Final inspection
Incoming inspection mainly refers to the inspection of raw materials, purchased supporting parts and outsourced parts purchased by the enterprise when entering the factory, which is an important measure to ensure normal production and product quality. In order to ensure the quality of purchased materials, special quality check personnel shall be equipped for the acceptance inspection when entering the factory to conduct strict and careful inspection according to the specified inspection contents, inspection methods and inspection quantity. In principle, the materials supplied by the supplier should be "qualified piece by piece, qualified platform and qualified batch by batch". If the full inspection cannot be used, but only sampling inspection can be used, a scientific and reliable sampling inspection scheme and acceptance system must be stipulated in advance.
The purpose of process inspection is to prevent a large number of nonconforming products from flowing into the next process to continue processing. Therefore, process inspection should not only inspect products, but also verify the main process elements affecting product quality. In fact, in the process of normal production of mature products, any quality problem can be attributed to the variation of one or more elements in 4M1E. Therefore, process inspection can play two roles:
1. Judge the product according to the test results, that is, whether the product quality meets the requirements of specifications and standards;
2. Determine the process according to the test results, that is, whether each element of the process is in a normal and stable state, so as to determine whether the process should continue production. In order to achieve this goal, process inspection is often combined with the use of control chart.
Final inspection, also known as post inspection, refers to the inspection of semi-finished products or finished products after all processes in a processing or assembly workshop. For semi-finished products, it often refers to the inspection of parts before warehousing. Before warehousing semi-finished products, full-time inspectors must carry out full inspection or sampling inspection according to the situation. If the production workers carry out 100% self inspection during process processing, sampling inspection can be carried out before warehousing. Otherwise, full-time inspectors should carry out full inspection before receiving and warehousing. However, when some enterprises implement sampling inspection, if they find that they do not meet the requirements, they should also conduct full inspection and re screening.
The quality check of finished products is a comprehensive inspection and test of finished products. Its purpose is to prevent unqualified products from flowing into the hands of users and avoid losses to users, but also to protect the reputation of the enterprise. For products that leave the factory immediately after being made into finished products, the finished product inspection is also the factory inspection; For products that do not leave the factory immediately after being finished and need to be stored in the warehouse, another "delivery inspection" is required before delivery. For example, for some military products, the completion inspection is often divided into two stages, that is, the comprehensive inspection after the final assembly and the re inspection after the range test. The content of finished product inspection includes: product performance, accuracy, safety and appearance. Only after the finished product passes the inspection can the product be packaged.
